GTN Market Data Co-Branding Guidelines

Introduction

GTN will act as the Vendor of Record (VoR) for Market Data, subject to specified conditions, enabling the client to utilize the Fintech API. Additionally, GTN will fulfil end-user reporting obligations to various entities, including exchanges.

Exchanges retain full ownership of the data and reserve the right to modify data usage policies during the notice period. GTN and its Fintech API integration customers are obligated to comply with these amended policies.


4 Step Validation Process

GTN mandates a comprehensive three-step validation process to ensure compliance with market data

  • During the initial phase of deliberation, it is imperative to present a comprehensive flow diagram delineating the proposed setup and integration architecture
  • At Quality Assurance (QA), Proof of Concept (POC), etc., provide either access to the relevant application or include screenshots/video recordings for reference
  • Before granting production access to applications (web or mobile) and any associated URLs, verification accounts must be submitted for thorough examination in alignment with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • GTN reserves the rights to audit the applications pre-launch and post launch as required

It is mandatory to follow the client-to-server token authentication process (customer token) when integrating with market data services

Branding Guideline

GTN Logo should be placed within the login screen of the application along with the client logo indicating that this is a co-branded product

Entitlements & Reporting Guidelines

  • The required and most updated exchange end user agreements should be implemented within the application before a user can subscribe for real-time data
  • End users should be able to sign any exchange specific subscriber agreement or the GTN Exchange Subscriber Agreement as required in English, agreeing to adhere to the respective exchange’s T&C’s as required
